Ask HN: What have you spent your training budget on?

For the last 10 years or so, I've been a web developer using Python, CSS, HTML and Javascript on Linux and for the first time, I've been offered a training budget!

So I'm looking for suggestions as to what to spend it on. Ideally "getting better at what I do" rather than perhaps more introductory material. Books, screencasts, conferences etc.

For example I'll probably go to PyconUK this year, and I've already watched the screencasts on http://destroyallsoftware.com
