What about the manipulated train pricing? It's price gouging for sure.... that's what NY/NJ are doing.

What law would that break? (And the train is NJTransit. Entirely New Jersey.)

They are breaking the contract they signed with FIFA saying they wouldn't increase transportation costs. So, contract law would be my guess.
