I hated the fact that my Hermes Agent can't check emails unprompted without burning tokens uselessly on heartbeats so I asked it to make this.
It's a skill to set up customized cron jobs for apps you care about that runs every 5 minutes and only wakes your agent up when there's a real notification
Even works for delegated subagents notifying the orchestrator directly
