As of April 4 at 12pm PT / 8pm BST, we’re enforcing the policy we shared previously: third-party harnesses, including OpenClaw, no longer draw from your Claude subscription usage limits. To keep using them with your Claude account, you’ll need to turn on extra usage.
If this change doesn’t work for how you use Claude, you can cancel your subscription and get an automatic refund. To do so, click this link from a web browser and click “Cancel and refund” before April 9. Note that this link will not work in the Claude mobile app. If you subscribed through Apple, please request your refund directly through Apple’s refund support.
