The last sentence is a link to this Google support article: https://support.google.com/android/answer/12623953 Following the link to that static web page I was blocked by Google and had to allow the execution of untrusted JavaScript programs to load a captcha. The article explains the workaround to enabling this perssion in the very end. The message is not a warning with any clear way to dismiss and proceed. It just outright blocks me from deciding what apps to grant what permission to.
I think it is clear that Google plans on removing this workaround once they have heated the frog some more towards the boiling point.
I'm using GrapheneOS without any Google services so the restriction has to be in AOSP. It's somewhat disappointing that GrapheneOS has not removed that malicious feature from their Android fork.
