It is different. It’s just not a sensitive issue - you cannot win elections having fixing this as central part of your platform. In authoritarian states you cannot win elections, period.

It is different. It’s just not a sensitive issue - you cannot win elections having fixing this as central part of your platform. In authoritarian states you cannot win elections, period.
