Here in Europe we don't really have this puritan attitude. A toggle similar to 'safe search' would suffice for users who want to keep it above the belt.
There's some religious communities that frown on nudity and sex like the Calvinists, and some really bad countries like Hungary but overall the attitude is much more relaxed.
But in America it's integrated into the whole banking sector, app stores etc.
