Microsoft Releases Statement as Office, Teams, 365 Outages Continue (opens in new tab)

How big of an outage is this? We're regularly told that without Microsoft, US business and legal systems just can't function. Will this outage be an acid test of that assertion?

We are a small team and rely on outlook, 365, etc.

The last year has been miserable for outages.

What are the alternatives with better uptime?
