Very long and complicated way to say "we built an email service that offers custom domains"
> Ideally, the modern internet should be focused around @myself. The protocol allows it. The infrastructure supports it. But the User Experience (UX) has been actively hostile for two decades.
No, not really. Tons of email services allow you to buy custom domains without any additional setup. iCloud, Fastmail, Zoho, (insert domain registrar, as an addon), etc.
You don't need to manage mail servers, dkim, spf, dmarc and linux just to get a custom email domain. That's a choice, one you made.
Also what happens if I cancel? Can I transfer the domain away or do you keep it hostage? FAQ is not clear about that.
