_D_rohne-_A_nti-_R_adar_ (Drohne-Anti-Radar / like: drone, anti radar -- typical German military buerocratic phrasing)
German abbreviations are as sensible as in other languages.
"Die" is just the feminine article to "Drohne" (Die Drohne).
