eg:

- can use from my phone - easy to use - set 2 languages, one person speaks and when they're done, the app speaks the translation, then switch

i don't need it to be real-time, just good quality, and i don't want to use custom hardware / models

A few that come up frequently are Spotify and Google's offerings although there are a ton of startups as well. I'm not super familiar with this tooling so can't recommend from personal experience, sorry. Good luck with the search and hope you find something useful here.
