This has Order 66 vibes, doesn't it?

The one good aspect of this is that it will leak immediately.

Jeffrey Goldberg should show up and say he was invited.

The Ship Of State is the only vessel that leaks from the top.

New fiscal year so maybe just letting them know who Big Balls decided to cut in their orgs and giving them the option to join?
