This is Missile Gap level propaganda.

Look at charts of China’s energy consumption versus the US. Their consumption is only possible with a superior grid. Are those charts propaganda too?

I guess I can safely say why wouldn't they be propaganda, too? Seems easy to do "number go up" on a chart, and have a few experts do some scaremongering at the same time.
