Show HN: Chrome ext to open HN links in new tab (opens in new tab)

With the whole Chrome Manifest v3 debacle, I couldn't find an extension that does this that has been updated. So I vibe-coded one in about a minute with Claude Code. Just sharing in case it's useful.
