8.8.8.8 + 1.1.1.1 is stable and mostly safe

This is what I do. I have both services set in my router, so the full list it tries are 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1, 8.8.8.8, and 8.8.4.4

Windows 11 does not allow using this combination

it does if you set it on the interface
