I was recently surprised you cannot setup a brand new Mac without a mouse. There were screens you just couldn't tab into. This was very disappointing. It seems Apple is letting accessibility slip.

Is that even after the accessibility stuff that kicks in if you wait on the install screen?

Apple has let VoiceOver fall behind in recent years too.
