That just sounds like a marketing statement, similar to Tesla's claims that fully self-driving cars are going to be here any day now, or a cult leader's claims that this time Doomsday will really happen.

Last time he said this (a few months ago) fully AI employees were only six months away. So, at this pace, fully AI employees are vaporware.
