Trusted flaggers literally need to publish transparency records and are approved by orgs in EU countries under elected governments.

Trusted flagger can flag anything they want and it will be removed in any EU country even though it's not illegal there. The list includes organizations like "REspect" which is infamous in Germany for removing criticism of politicans leading to police raids and fines for people (so called "hate speech"). This "private organization" is literally funded by the government.
