We already have that,
it's called prison labor.
The current regime will certainly ramp that up and throw even more people into forced labor camps.[1]
BTW we don't talk enough about the gigantic loophole in the thirteenth amendment: Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
