Anyone who has spent time in the mentioned channel knows that staff barely talk at all there :)
If they were any less active they would be comatose.
Now if they could put some of that manpower to use trying to keep all the regulars from showing their dogmatic god complexes so often...
That is the one thing that keeps me from participating much in IRC. The conversations are almost always dominated by the terminally-online regulars with very black-and-white thinking who believe they know everything and are extremely rude about it. And trying to call them out on it just results in personal attacks and then ME getting banned instead of them... then the appeal process consists of the opers also making fun of you and upholding the ban.
