Deploys blocked on Fly.io's LHR region, as it is out of capacity (opens in new tab)

Deploys are blocked for us, as our deploy needs to run a release_command. It really seems that this issue should have been foreseen and prevented, and is making my question the choice to rely on fly.io for a production environment.

If anyone else was curious: "LHR" is the "London, United Kingdom" region.
