Debt is a useful tool. As Kevlin Henney points out[1], it's unmanaged technical debts that are a problem, and turn into Technical Neglect.

I have reached a point in my crusade to kill Technical Debt. As many have stumbled upon this, I share my experience to set a milestone in the achievement of this goal.

debt is free value from the future, you should get into as much debt as possible within the manageable range
