Funding/Financials, Product/Market Fit, Team Dynamics, Tech, Growth Potential

Is there anything else I'm missing? Where can I do further research on the company?

What is the overall company strategy? Is it logical or purely aspirational? How do they think they’re going to get from where they are today to the future goal?
