Ask HN: Automation to follow TikTok creators on other platforms

With the TikTok ban happening soon, I’d like to automate following my favorite creators on other platforms: reels, YouTube shorts, etc. Many accounts I follow will cross post. Was curious if there is some script or app I can use to automate this.
