Absolutely huge, do I even need a laptop for dev work anymore? I can just bring a phone, screen, keyboard and mouse and I'm done, it will also have 10 hours of battery life

Are you sure? To bring a phone, screen, keyboard and mouse if no different than to carry a laptop except that you will be carring more cables.
