I would have presumed tests would have also included secondary and tertiary breakdown products of glyphosate. There is also research [1] that suggests measurements might not always reflect how much of the herbicide is being used and results can reflect other common products that have been released into the environment.
If helicopter spraying was noted before symptoms, it suggests since numerous other spraying occur around the world, that the company is using something additional to the roundup.
