I think that many small businesses that have been replaced by 'big-box' shops need to be restarted. Things like shoe-shops and hardware stores. The problem is paying overpriced rent, so having physical stores is difficult for any small business.
Very interesting take. Do you think they should be restarted because big-box shops aren’t doing a good job? Too expensive? Or due to macroeconomic effects?
