Can't trust LLMs at this point. Too much garbage training, too many hallucinations.
Since all of the "AI" companies currently operate with significant losses, it stands to reason they will have to either charge a lot more eventually, or find huge efficiency gains and ways to drastically reduce power consumption. Even if AI worked reliably enough to delegate anything meaningful to I wouldn't commit to a resource that will likely cost a lot more before too long.
If I could identify tasks that look like AI delegation candidates I would try to eliminate those tasks from the business. If people could send AIs to meetings in their place, or use AI to write work documents, I would eliminate those meetings and documents before delegating the job to AI.
