Why your employees want to “cash out” if they believe the company is able to go for a successful ipo?

Would you purchase their stock at a 55B valuation?

The more important question is, would Satya Nadella?

Congratulations to all of the employees at Databricks. This is a huge milestone.

So Databricks is pulling a Tanium or Stripe...

Pulling a Tanium would be to fire people right ahead of their vesting cliff:
