Yeah, I guess. Unlike the NK Kim, the NZ one seems to have some basic respect for human rights (or at least he isn’t trying to violate them at scale).

Unlike Dotcom, NK Kim is going to achieve his goals by uniting the Korean peninsula when SK becomes a ghost land due to a collapsed birthrate.
