Fair enough. I guess the "deep transformation of how we work" part is what I don't really understand. Like I said, there's certainly some cynicism I've got and so I am going to have a tendency to extrapolate potential negatives from everything left unsaid about that "transition".

I think it's partly these hangups about the situation that I have that give me the tendency to assume a post like yours is necessarily "advocating" as well, so my apologies if that was not your intent.
