Hmm, I see. But would they pay for stuff like that? Because payment would be confirmation of a 'deniable' operation (assuming in this case), and would break secrecy/plausible deniability.
It seems that payments would have to be just as secret as operations, which would probably be difficult when dealing with random civilians who provide information. This indicates it's unlikely that rewards would be paid in such cases, I think.
No I didn't mean it would block the operations, but that it would block the payouts. Do you have information to suggest otherwise? You haven't linked it, so I assume you're speaking on authority. Heh :) Is it?
Anyway, I mean ... kind of horrible activities, but ... interesting to see these stories if they are indeed linked to solicited information - do you know for a fact they are?
