I believe he’s asking if it’s available via QuickLisp. It’s a sort of package manager for Common Lisp, but it seems to no longer be maintained.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. Quicklisp is very much maintained and is the de-facto standard method for installing Common Lisp packages :) Although there are alternatives, too -
