As an aside, note that a 7-day fast strongly risks refeeding syndrome which is dangerous if not deadly. To prevent it, limit any fast to d=3 days, and even then be careful when feeding over the next d days.

I think Wikipedia does mention "It can also occur when someone does not eat for several days at a time usually beginning after 4–5 days with no food."
