I echo your letter, I am sorry for the misplaced trust of the people who died in that brief instant of the implosion. I am empathic to those who died! It looks as if the vehicle and it's construction were marginal at best. The survival of a few trips down to the Titanic gave a false sense of security to the owner and others and obviously progressive failure modes were not detected. Exploration is a worthwhile process - if done with intelligence, knowledge and care. One hopes this will be a cautionary tale to regulators and followers.

Without any proof, I think Zuck is using the standard Facebook interface, like dogfooding, so he can ask/scream/whatever-he-does when he sees something that can be improved (and give him a few more extra millions).
