Ask HN: Do I have to use the internet slowly?

I've run across more and more websites that are blocking me because I am fast at navigating the internet. I realize that this is probably an anti-bot safeguard but it prevents me from using websites in normal ways. Has anyone else run into this?

if you go to far tho, you start hitting problems again. at 250ms+ latency many sites fail to work and the "bot detection" stuff bites again.
