"Surviving a Startup" by Steven Hoffman was a fantastic read. Lots of practical advice on how to go about things (e.g. legal, funding, building a team, etc.).
I also really enjoyed the "How I Built This" podcast by Guy Raz. I listened to it maybe 3 or 4 years ago and it was absolutely the most motivating and interesting podcast I ever listened to. There's also a book (that I found last year); I'll read it soon. In the podcast, he interviews founders from well-known companies and basically asks them questions on how they got started. I imagine the book is a condensed version of the interviews from the podcast. Can't wait to read it!
