(I think) I made a short story app. After so many hours of "doomscrolling" TikTok/whatever I decided my time would be better spent reading. So, I started Kestrel. Now there's over 1,000 short stories, quotes, passages, and poetry on it. What to do now? I guess it's time for any developers favorite activty: marketing.
More on Kestrel (the app): Kestrel should be a quick little break; a 10 minute escape from what you're doing. It has nice opens and closes, beginnings and endings - usually your session ends after you've read the first story that caught your eye. Plus you can check off your daily goal of reading, woohoo!
Who's content do I want on there? That question is largely to be determined. Right now its a healthy mix of poetry and short stories. But, I think the occasional "remember that one time" style story would be entertaining. Everybody has a story to tell, and you don't have to be seen to be heard.
