zero EM considerations. i guess this is an upgrade from throwing a rpi and a hdd into the kitchen mess drawer...

Nothing that superglue and aluminium foil can't fix, TBH. I have a couple of noisy EM-leaking prototypes inside PLA boxes lined that way, and zero noise outside.
