Does anyone honestly think Cook would still be CEO if he didn't have the massive momentum of iPhones behind him? Cook seems like he'll be considered this generation's Ballmer when all is said and done: a mediocre CEO that let massive advantages slip away and a board of directors that was too complacent to make the necessary changes to secure future growth.
