Show HN: Airteams – marketplace for vetted overseas talent (opens in new tab)

When I bootstrapped my first startup, we had very little money to spend on hiring employees - so we ended up hiring a lot of remote talent in the Philippines (saved us approx. 60-70% in salaries).

I was pretty blown away by how high quality the people were. So I built my newest venture in this space.

For some reason, large corporates have been using overseas talent for decades, but SMBs and startups are still not in the know.

With airteams, I want to make it easy to find and hire pre-vetted remote talent from overseas.
