OTHER MOATS
I would say:
Yes, it would be easy to copy and build.
But, other companies would not want to or be able to do/offer what we do, because <reasons-essentially-acting-as-unique-enough-moats>.
Really think about what makes you uniquely able to provide value with this product.
Is it really "your idea"? If you "really" want to protect it, file a provisional patent application for $199 online in case it takes off and then later you can file the actual patent, if your business really was successful and you are within the time limit.
If it isn't really "your idea", then just roll with it and make your distribution your moat. Life it too short for that paperwork and headache.
People are buying you and your brand, if there truly are other equivalents available. Give your product the vibe that only you can.
FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS
If the product isn't out there, and it solves problems, and you have it, and competition isn't your problem, your problem isn't competitors. It's not having customers.
According to some YC Startup School video I saw, your ONLY TWO valid activities this early are
1) building product and
2) talking to customers.
If the market is big enough and there are 3 players, maybe you get 30% share and life is still good.
