It sill amazes me how peope think 10% discount is such a wonderful deal, it is not. Sure, it is something, but it's not huge.

Same thing as when you get 3 for the price of 2, which is also not a huge deal despite what you might think.

I took it that he was being sarcastic in that comment. Only the mafia would charge you for making you the favor of removing you a problem that themselves created.
