My cat hard-rebooted windows 95 pc just by walking on the keyboard.
No dialogs, nothing. Just immediate black screen and clean boot afterwards.

Ctrl+Alt+Del would do it. It was Windows NT which brought the "lock screen" when pressing that combo.

Windows XP was part of the NT line, but still had the Ctrl+Alt+Del combination for 'open Task Manager'. I think it took until Windows Vista for the 'lock screen' to be introduced, but I don't have a copy around to check.

I'm not sure. It was long ago, but I remember I couldn't repeat the behavior myself and I knew about ctrl+alt+del since before win 95 existed.
