I think the entire recruitment industry should be overhauled by an algorithm which is designed to match available jobs to the available worker pool, and is optimized to reduce the amount of available workers (not by forcing them to take jobs they don't want, but finding them relevant jobs they do want).
I want a 7-figure salary, a work-from-home job that involves interesting tasks, modern technologies, plenty of free time, and no expectations of timely delivery.
Don't think any algorithm is going to help me with that though.
