The hunt exposes the specificity of the device because breaking rsa2048 is sitting there as a problem with real world consequences and shors algorithm. Thus, I pozit these are not generalised QC devices and cannot execute generalised QC programs

Yes, or hash collisions. Seems practical quantum computing is still a distant dream.
