Ask HN: Which teams/companies produce software that users love?

I know this is a vague question. Right now I feel like a lot is going wrong at my team at work and at the whole company. We're slow at delivering features and the users are not happy about the software.

I feel like this is due to wrong technical decisions. To inefficient project management and maybe inefficient software engineers. I am curious which companies are really good at producing software that people love.

Maybe they publish talks or blogposts and I'd love to read about their development and management processes.
