Same. Bought a key 5-10 years ago just as a "thank you" for all the pirating of it that I did.

How many times can you pirate software that you only have to buy once?

Maybe he started fresh with Windows Vista/7 and needed to pirate it again. Or he had a laptop and desktop so pirated for both.
