Overlayed allows you to see who is currently in the voice channel you’re participating in. It shows you your voice status such as speaking, deafened, and muted, but also other participants as well.
It’s built with Tauri, React, zustand, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, and sprinkles of rust here and there.
I get this question at least once a week, “why don’t you use the built-in Discord overlay?”. Here is the short answer, the Discord game overlay only supports Windows and a handful of games. That means for someone who is chronically online, using macOS daily, and primarily working in a text editor, the Discord game overlay doesn't work for me.
