We just got sticker shocked at work and so are starting a (prolly year long) migration off VMware. Some stuff headed to Azure but not sure yet about the plan for on-premise stuff. What are others doing?
The leader in the HCI space is Nutanix and might be what you need to transform your data center. I know Gartner had them in the leader's quadrant often.
